These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Retro Brim website at retrobrim.com (the "Store") and any related services we provide. By visiting or purchasing from the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Who We Are
Retro Brim is an online print-on-demand hat store based in Casablanca, Morocco. Our Store is hosted on Shopify and fulfilled through Printful. For any questions, contact us at support@retrobrim.com.
2. Eligibility
By using the Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.
The Store is accessible globally. It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing from us is legal in your country or region.
3. Products and Print-on-Demand
All products sold on Retro Brim are made to order through Printful, our third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. This means each item is produced specifically for your order after purchase.
Because of this production process, we do not hold inventory. Product availability is generally continuous, but we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes. We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
In the event of a pricing error or technical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order even after a confirmation has been sent. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.
Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Additional taxes or import duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are your responsibility as the buyer.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of promotional codes.
5. Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. Unless stated otherwise, the following conditions apply to all promotions:
- One promotion per person per order.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or codes.
- Promotions apply to in-stock products only and not to gift cards or services.
- Codes must be entered at checkout to be applied - we cannot apply them retroactively.
- Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where a promotion has been misused or applied in error.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@retrobrim.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available on all US orders. Flat-rate shipping fees apply to international orders as shown at checkout.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at support@retrobrim.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Retro Brim Store, including logos, product images, design artwork, text, and graphics, is the property of Retro Brim or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Store without our prior written permission. If you believe any content on the Store infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@retrobrim.com.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:
- Using the Store for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Store or its systems.
- Copying or scraping any content, data, or pricing information from the Store using automated tools.
- Posting or transmitting any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Impersonating another person or entity in connection with the Store.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Store for any user who violates these Terms.

The Store may contain links to third-party websites, including Printful, PayPal, and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Store and all products and content available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Store, its content, or any products sold through it.
We do not guarantee that the Store will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retro Brim and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any products purchased through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Store will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retro Brim, its owners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Store in violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
If you are purchasing from a country with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide additional rights, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
16. Changes to the Store
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Store at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Store.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Retro Brim with respect to your use of the Store. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
