I need to cancel my order
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Email us immediately at support@retrobrim.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.
I ordered the wrong size or style
Unfortunately we cannot modify orders once production has started. Please double-check your selection before placing your order. If your item arrives and there is a defect or error on our side, we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
How long do orders usually take to ship?
All hats are made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days, then shipping time depends on your location. US orders typically arrive within 5 to 9 business days from purchase. For other regions, see our Shipping Policy.
Where is my order / Why is my order taking so long?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, contact us at support@retrobrim.com and we will look into it.
What do I do if my package is missing or lost?
Contact us at support@retrobrim.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Can my shipping be expedited?
We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited options are not available at this time. Production time of 1 to 3 business days applies to all orders regardless of destination.
What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us at support@retrobrim.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before production starts, but we cannot guarantee changes after that point. Retro Brim is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region and are shown at checkout. Free shipping is available for US and Japan orders. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
